On Earth Day, we are rallying everyone to get back into the low-tox lifestyle!

What does this mean?

It means taking actions to lessen our waste, and reduce our ecological footprint on earth.

Today, we are sharing 5 quick ways that can help make a difference:

1. Use glass bottles for your cleaning products

You can use refillable glass bottles to fill with vinegar, lemon and a bit of baking soda and use this to clean counters and shower tiles instead.

Bonus: These cleaning solutions are natural, safe for pets.

2. Switch out the disposable plastic bags

Carry a tote that you can fill with any last-minute purchases.

Paper cups are such an easy thing to replace! And it can be fun if you have a funky, colourful take away mug to use instead.

If you know you’ll be stopping by a shop for a coffee, bring your reusable coffee mug.

My favourite one is bright pink, and it says “Shine bright like a diamond”. It perks up my day, and most of my officemates’ as well.
