This weekend we're celebrating International Laughter Day so why not take a minute to boost our vibes with nature’s #1 medicine, laughter!

That’s right! So even if you’re faking your laugh to begin with, you still feel the benefits as our brain can’t tell the difference! Funny isn’t it?
