Declutter your mind and find the answers within

We live in a technology-addicted world, where we have access to everything at our fingertips.
I think so many of us struggle with finding answers, or knowing what to do as we’ve become dependant on trusting someone else’s opinion or hearing someone else’s take on the situation.
We have big, deep questions, about why things are the way they are. Some of the most Googled searches are: “What is the meaning of life?”, “why do I feel so anxious”, “how to move past depression”….
Those are heavy questions, none of them have a quick-fix remedy.

There are many outlets we can go to for solutions. At times, these places offer suggestions and or a new path to help with what we’re dealing with.
However, in the end, we are always left searching for more.
Until we learn to access the pool of answers we have within, we will always be looking up to someone else to see what to do, and how to do it.
Accessing the answers within is simple, but not easy. It takes courage and determination to take this different road.

The truth is, we have a simple spaciousness within that absolutely has the answers we seek. There are infinitely more answers within than without. We just need to connect to them.

We need to learn to take that inner journey and trust the process. It has no quick-fix promises, no eye-catching graphics.
It takes patience and trust, and the simple act of going with it.
I’m here to urge you to: trust your inner silence. Take time with it, and in it.
Make the decision to be a different today, and not be told what to do by the thousands of voices that try to silence out your own.
