Sometimes you may not recognize your negative thoughts immediately, but once you notice them, you can see them coming. You’ll quickly see that, for example, at work, you might get bombarded by “I can’t do it” thoughts, or “I’m not good enough” thoughts.
Consciously switch up that pattern, and work out all the possible ways that you can do it. If you take note of your thoughts and the process behind them over the next few days, you’ll be in a better position to recognize patterns that trigger you.
You’ll also find it’s easier to get yourself into a positive zone once your mind is prepared. Fill your mind with all the positive thoughts about yourself that you can muster up, and start to see how these thoughts, do indeed, become true.
What you feel, you attract
As you start to consciously focus on more positive thoughts, you’ll notice you’ll start to feel better about yourself.
