When you allow negative thoughts about yourself and your life to build up, you start to project these thoughts out into the world.

Sometimes you may not recognize your negative thoughts immediately, but once you notice them, you can see them coming. You’ll quickly see that, for example, at work, you might get bombarded by “I can’t do it” thoughts, or “I’m not good enough” thoughts.
Consciously switch up that pattern, and work out all the possible ways that you can do it. If you take note of your thoughts and the process behind them over the next few days, you’ll be in a better position to recognize patterns that trigger you.
