I had been confused when I placed my order and when I spoke to customer service, they resolved my issue promptly and with so much kindness. I can not say enough , You all at " yes we vibe" are wonderful.
Now, I've just received my boots. They are awesome. I was worried they wouldnt have support for my feet. Well they have great support , feels like air soles . Also plenty of room for me to add support if I wish. I have very high arches. I have a womens size 12. The fir is right on. I have a bit of room for my toes and for heavy socks but not to much room that they slip or are uncomfortable.
So, great customer service, excellent product, okay delivery time. 5 stars in my opinion. THANK YOU ALL AT YES WE VIBE!! YOU ROCK! Btw, I'll be 50 this year so trust that the support and comfy fit is true. 😍😁😉

Although shipping takes awhile, it’s 110% worth it! The materials are high quality and the print is crisp, bright and clean with no color fading or blurry lines. Absolutely Loved them!! I ordered the blue and white flower and the bohemian white wolf in the same style. Both are absolutely gorgeous and fit perfectly. I normally wear a size 10 but ordered a 10.5 to allow room for my orthopaedic soles which works very well. I plan to wear the white pair for my wedding in a few months so may ad photos then. I was a little concerned when I ordered these because my feet are fairly wide, but I couldn't resist them so ordered my usual size. They arrived a couple of days ago and they're a perfect fit--maybe even a little on the large size--but with socks, are fine. They're not too wide and are so comfortable! I will confess that because it's the dead of winter here, with lots of snow (and salt) on the ground, so I'm waiting until spring to wear them so they don't get ruined (and because vegan leather cracks really easily in our winter temperatures), but I'm excited to be able to break them out when it warms up. They're really gorgeous and I'm looking forward to wearing them.

First of all, I want to thank the great and swift customer service and delivery. When I got my first pair of boots and they were a tiny bit small, they shipped the second one right away.
Unfortunately, they fit in the length perfectly but are wider so they are too wide, don't know what to do about it.
Otherwise, the boots are JUST amazing - the design and colors, just so boho! Great!
Also, the quality of the boot itself is fantastic and it doesn't stop on the inside. They are super comfy and I get so many compliments or laughs for it.
