Wow. I ordered 2 pairs of these adorable shoes a couple of months ago. Yes, it did take quite awhile for them to get here, just as the information said. So when they did get here I was so excited. However, my joy was short-lived as I immediately realized they were too big. Major disappointment! I wrote a review of this, wishing I had ordered a half size smaller. I was immediately contacted by customer service, telling me of their one time offer of reordering the same shoes in a different size, and I would not need to return the originals, just pay a new shipping fee. Are you kidding me?????? What company does that??????? So I took advantage of their offer and my new shoes, in the correct size, arrived today (arrived in about 7-10 days, not like the originals, that took about 6 weeks!). And they fit perfectly!! I am beyond thrilled!!! Even if the shoes weren't so doggone cute, I would definitely re-order from Yes We Vibe because of their truly exceptional customer service. Fortunately though, I'm in love with their all-too-cute shoes, so my only problem now is: which ones will I order next, as I have about 65 favorites to choose from!!
