Need to do any kind of business with you guys you make it that way and the colors and the patterns of your boots and your sneakers are incredible and I love that cause I love to be a little different from everybody else and those rainbow boots were right on target. I did have a problem on my end that I ordered the wrong size but when it came to getting the right size, it was easy as a phone call and I got them almost immediately. I think it took less than a week so thank you. You guys are the best and I will be back to get some sneakers for my spring and summer.
The customer service was so great! With my original order my boots just didn’t fit. Direct communication from customer support took care of exchanging and sending a new product. The emails were kind and made my experience better than expected!
My daughter spends hours picking her design. She loves her boots. They express her unique style and personality. My other daughter loves the running shoes. She wears them right out. These boots are AMAZING. I just got back from a trip where I did alot of walking on cobblestones and my sneakers were not up to it. These would have been perfect - they are as comfortable as slippers and the colors are vibrant and wonderful. I get lots of compliments on my YWV sneakers and I am expecting these to grab alot of attention too... and they are VEGAN! <3
