I have received 4 pair. On the 2nd order of buy one get one free, I ordered the wrong size. I contacted customer service that same day and requested that they change the size. I heard back either later that day or the following morning saying that they had fixed my order. A few weeks later they arrived and fit perfectly. They are not heavy at all. Super light in fact. Very comfortable. If the buy 1 get 1 free continues I will be buying more for sure.
